Capt. & Manager of Union Bank Basket Ball Team presenting the Summer Sports Cup to Rev. Mrs. Dele George LITTLE SAINTS SUMMER SPORTS 2005 Summer sports is a sporting initiative of the Little Saints Orphanage designed to occupy the children during the period of the long term vacation for their total development in line with our reformation programme.

In the spirit of the slogan everyone that participated in this 2nd edition of our little saints summer sports caught the spirit and spread the feelings all over Yaba College of Technology Sports Arena. A venue that was generously donated by the school authority for this purpose.

Rev. Mrs. Dele George & Special Guest of Honour, Mrs Yetunde Ogbemudia at Summer Sports 2005 of Little Saints Orphanage Starting from the very hosts the little saints themselves who did their best to thrill their guest I the opening parade through to all the slated events.

The celebrity race amongst other exciting events like Balancing the Tray, Catching the Train, Patrons Race, Missionaries Race, were the major side attraction of the day. Former Miss Ms Vien Tetsola and participant were in the Celebrity Race. The doyen of Sports, Chief Segun Odegbami was also amongst the line up of Patrons and Special guests, Sponsor and various Orphan friendly organizations like Nestle Nigeria Plc Courtesy of Mr Onime (our patron) came with enough Milo wet samples, and other products/Souvenirs to add to the success of the day. Orphan friendly schools were present to cheer their affiliate houses to victory. Media houses were not left out on this important occasion. Channels, NTA & the crew of KKB show also made a good appearance.

Yaba College of Technology Sports Officers At the end of the day, all contested events was moderated by the veteran producer Uncle Wole Akinosho of the famous Animal Games Show NTA supported by a team of coaches from Yaba Tech Sports Council was a great huge success. At the end of the day, it was a wonderful event.

March Parade of Courageous House of Abednego The three Little Saints Houses, Courageous House of Abednego in Yellow, Courageous House of Meshach in Red, and Courageous House of Shadrach in Green were wonderful. The defending champions, the Courageous House of Abednego gallantly lost the trophy to the Courageous House of Meshach. That is the essence of a competition, win some, lose some.

March Parade of Courageous House of Shedrach The Trophy was presented by the delectable Mrs. Yetunde Ogbemudia, on behalf of her husband Dr. Samuel Ogbemudia, our special Guest of Honour and father to our indefatigable Founder.
